Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Yami, operated by Son of a Good Man, Inc., including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, licensors, and representatives (collectively, the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use Yami only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the App for illegal or harmful activities
  • Upload content that violates intellectual property or other rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system

2. Accounts
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must provide accurate information
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion

3. User Content

You retain ownership of your content.

By using Yami, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store, host, and display your content
  • Process content for AI functionality
  • Improve service performance

We do not claim ownership of your work.

4. AI-Generated Content and Services

Yami uses artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to OpenAI and other current or future providers.

By using these features:

  • You consent to your inputs being processed by third-party AI systems
  • Outputs may not be accurate, complete, or unique
  • Outputs may resemble other generated content

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated outputs.

5. Intellectual Property

All App features, branding, software, and systems are owned by Son of a Good Man, Inc.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Future Features and Platform Evolution

Yami may introduce new features, including but not limited to:

  • Content sharing or publishing
  • Marketplace or monetization tools
  • Collaboration features
  • API or third-party integrations

Your use of such features will remain subject to these Terms and any additional policies.

7. Payments and Subscriptions
  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • Refunds are governed by platform policies

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violations or risk to the platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Availability or uptime
  • Accuracy of AI outputs
  • Reliability or performance

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Son of a Good Man, Inc., including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, licensors, and representatives, shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, content, revenue, or profits
  • Issues arising from AI-generated outputs
  • Unauthorized access or data breaches beyond our reasonable control
  • User misuse of the App

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless:

from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of AI-generated content
